Who are we?

Founded by product design strategist and corporate trainer Zoran Panjak, Innovision EQ is a New York City based consulting and training team that specializes in digital strategy, agile transformation, and discovery, ideation and design facilitation. Included in our services is cultural training on human-centered design methodologies and the design thinking mindset, as well as workshops on social and emotional intelligence that build cohesion among design teams. We work across industries with a focus on digital UX in the development of experiences that are intuitive, seamless and predictive of users’ inherent digital acumen.
